Jane Garibay - Co President
Jane Garibay has been a life long resident of Windsor with a few years in Mexico and Vermont. She has been the Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce since 1999. Jane's more than 40 years of volunteerism include serving as Windsor Board of Education President from 2000 to 2005. Her recent volunteer activities include serving as past President and co-founder of the Windsor Education Foundation which has raised $60,000.00 in just three years for creative and innovative grants in the Windsor Schools and co-chairing Windsor's Schools to Business Partnership. Jane lives in Windsor with her husband Bernardo. They have three children, Jose, Andrew, and Cate.
