Committee Meeting - Thursday, July 17 at 6:30 pmThe next WEF Dog Fundraiser meeting will be Thursday, July 17th at 6:30 pm at The Chamber of Commerce. Please bring those who have agreed to be on subcommittees.

Goals:
- Finalize sponsorship and artist forms
- Choose a name for the event
- Review WinTV agreement
- Set dates and task lists for subcommittee goals
Tasks due:
1. Rich is reviewing Artist forms
2. Jane will call Ina and Lisa Souza about being on subcommittees and will check on insurance. And will contact the Lab guy in Vermont
3. Maryann will brainstorm on a name for the event and will get copies of other programs' mission statements
4. Florence will draft an agreement for WinTV's participation
