* Dogs to arrive by December 2008 / January 2009
* Dogs to be finished by May 15, 2009
* Shad Derby Parade May 2009 ?????
* Display on the green May - August 2009
* Display at sponsor locations Sept - Oct 2009
* Hunt Sept - Oct 2009 (with some on the green for Chili Challenge)
* Auction - end of October 2009
