Hello, my name is the Duke of Windsor, and my design reflects the wonderful childhood memories of the artist who created me, Karen Rossi. Karen chose me because I reminded her of her childhood pet, Liza, and she decorated me with some of the places she remembers in the Connecticut River Valley. She recalls the flat and fertile land surrounding the river in South Windsor, and her first summer job picking tobacco in those fields. She has always loved the beauty of the meadows through all the seasons and different times of day. My beautiful coat brings all these places back to life " the river, fields and historic homes " and tells the story of our agricultural heritage.
