Jane Engelmann (1973)
Jane Engelmann, now Garibay, has been the Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce for over seven years. Former Board of Education president, Jane knows the issues affecting Windsor public schools and their budgets very well. Jane lives in Windsor with her husband Bernardo. They have three children, Jose, Andrew, and Cate. |
