Janet has strong ties to Windsor. She was born and raised here and while currently residing in Windsor Locks, still spends much time in town and attending townwide functions. She has a vested interest in the schools here as her great nephew will be attending Windsor Public Schools in a couple years. She has strong bookkeeping skills, as well as fundraising abilities. She has served on other boards in the past as well as currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Windsor Locks Public Library.
