In March of 2020, she became a member of the Humans Relations Commission where she helped organize the End Racism Now mural outside the Windsor Public Library and Windsor’s first Juneteenth celebration. Becky worked for school safety at Windsor High School during the 21’-22’ school year after noticing a need for more women in that position. She joined the Windsor Education Foundation in the fall of 2022 where she helps raise and distribute grants to educators in town.
Becky is a fierce advocate for diversity and inclusivity, not only within Windsor’s education system, but for the town as a whole. When she’s not causing trouble at BOE or Town Council meetings, you can find her organizing food drop offs for community members in need, or feeding her best friend who wouldn’t have a home cooked meal otherwise.
