Heidi Sirota is a Windsor resident and parent of two Windsor graduates. In her career, she is a dynamic marketing executive and innovative business leader with a history of successfully delivering ground-breaking products and programs and entering or creating new markets.

Heidi currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for ConnectiCare, a local health plan. Previously, she held marketing leadership roles at Aetna, UnitedHealth Group’s Optum division, and The Phoenix Companies. She also launched a successful seasonal pop-up business, The Gift Wrap Station, in 2007. She began her career in bank operations in Los Angeles.

Heidi previously started and served as president for the Windsor High Softball Booster Club and was a board member for Leadership Greater Hartford and Hartford Preservation Alliance. She also served a two-year term on the Windsor High School Governance Council from October 2014-2016 and participated in the Windsor Youth Commission, Windsor Junior Woman’s Club, and was a two-term president for Poquonock School, where she also created and ran Courtesy Crew, an eight-week social skills program for Poquonock students.

Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Loyola Marymount University and completed executive education from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
